I’m 61 years old and through a much better understanding of what I eat, when I eat and how much, I’ve lost 7 lbs on my first month. Marija is helping me learn about me. I was born with a birth defect that resulted in my left arm being smaller than my right arm. I was always told by my doctors that I had very limited capabilities with that arm and had to take extreme caution with it.
