Neither would you.

You can’t afford not to celebrate and appreciate every effort and every score.

That’s the power of celebrating LITTLE WINS.

I found this note while clearing my office, attached to the back of my desktop screen.

I posted it there sometime in 2021.

I still agree with the idea behind it, but I dislike talking in absolutes. Not anymore, at least.
.
Nowadays, I would say something like this:
.
If you diet to solely transform your physique, you might fail to achieve long-term wellness.
And that is okay if changing your physique is your only goal. To each their own.
.
But I know that's not you.
.
Because those that seek my help, rarely diet to transform just their physique.
.
They are seeking to transform their habits and lifestyle.
.
They want to build sustainable health skills.
.
They are tired of conforming to yet another diet.
.
They want to find what works for them.
.
They want to feel empowered.
.
And they want to change their physique too.
.

Freaking out about doing it “RIGHT” can stop you from seeing what is right for you.

Be curious to figure out what works for you, and you’ll have no time to worry why something works for others, and not for you.
